We’ve added Enriched Property Data to accompany the homeowners policies that are pulled in the Canopy Connect activity dashboard, giving you a view of your prospect’s homeowners insurance coverages, deductibles, premiums, and declaration pages, and now the detailed property information you’ll need to generate an accurate and winning quote.

When your clients link their insurance information via Canopy Connect, we will instantly enrich the policy data with property data points that include:

Property Characteristics: year built, property class, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, stories, units, and more
Building Characteristics: construction type, foundation, frame, roof, heating, cooling fireplace, sewer, pool, and garage
Valuations: market values, assessed values, purchase price, and purchase date

This information is available in your activity dashboard when you expand the homeowners’ policy, and works with our integrations such as PL Rating which can feed this supplemental information into your quoting process.

For insurance agencies, Enriched Property Data is available immediately in our Agency Plus and Agency Pro plans at no additional charge. Agency Starter subscribers can activate this feature for $70 per month.

For API users, Enriched Property Data is accessible through the PropertyData Schema. Contact your Canopy Connect representative to enable this API.
