GET STARTED

Set Up and Use the Integration

To set up this integration, you will need to be on an integration-compatible plan with Canopy Connect (Agency Plus, Complete, or Pro), as well as an active AgencyZoom account. Here's how to set it up:

Integration Setup

Using an Administrator account, click on the Integrations icon in the top right.
Click the Add Integration button.
Choose the AgencyZoom option, and click the Integrate button.
If you sign in with Vertafore SSO, select the toggle and enter your credentals.

How to Use the AgencyZoom Integration

1. From the activity dashboard, expand the data pull you'd like to use.
Review the policy information.
From the AgencyZoom module under Integrations, click the Submit to AgencyZoom button.
A new window will open to AgencyZoom where you may be prompted to log in.

Note: The integration currently only sends contact info for the prospect. We are working with AgencyZoom to determine if we'll be able to send over more information in the future.
