Set Up and Use the Integration
Integration Setup (Administrators)
- From Quotamation, click the Settings button from the menu.
- Click the Integration button on the Agency Settings section.
- Choose the Canopy Connect option from the list of available integrations.
- You’ll be sent to a Canopy Connect page where you’ll select Grant Access. If you are not logged into Canopy Connect, you will be prompted to do so.
- You’ll be redirected back to Quotamation and get a confirmation message that your integration setup is complete.
- You can configure the integration settings by toggling on Auto-import enabled. This will check for new submissions every 15 minutes.
- Select an Import start date and click save.
- If you do not choose to enable auto-import, you can click the button to manually trigger a pull as well.
Using Quotamation with Canopy Connect:
- From Quotamation's Quotes page, prospects synced from Canopy Connect will be denoted with a blue circle with the Canopy Connect tree icon.
- Click on one of these quotes to view the pre-populated information.
- Review and make the modifications you need to the quote. Proceed as you would with any Quotamation quote.
